Making it Easy to Keep in Touch with your Volunteers

Email
- Email all of your volunteers, ones on a particular mailing list or any group of them.
- Each branch / department can email their own volunteers and the Volunteer Impact Enterprise administrator can email volunteers across all branches / departments.
- Emails go out personally addressed (e.g. Hi Sasha, Hi Paul etc.)
- Volunteers do not see the names of other volunteers on the recipient list, and the administrator gets a single copy of the email with a list of the volunteers it was sent to.
- All replies go to the administrator who sent the message.
- Volunteers can include a second email address to receive your emails at work and at home if they wish.
- Emails can include formatted text and hyperlinks.
- Save templates of your frequently used email messages.

Mailing Labels & Phone lists
- You can create phone lists and mailing labels just as easily, and if you want, you can omit the volunteers that you have just emailed.
